And I still read and hear about people on the left who would rather protest than do the hard work of winning elections. These are pervasive problems in the left and the right.
Now you’re being argumentative. This branch of the appellate court is known for being very conservative.
That’s OK. As a European, I would expect you to have some ignorance of the American court system.
This one never made it to the Supreme Court. Aileen Cannon delayed effectively until the election. And her decisions were all shut down by other judges.
It is laughable to think that liberal forces had anything to do with her stupidity and failures as a judge.
Aileen Cannon is just not a good judge. She put it on full display for everybody to see. Her reasoning and writing was generally thought to be subpar.
