For the first time in 2 months I made it to the gym* today. Then proceeded to shower and eat breakfast before starting working, also for the first time in probably 2 months.
It's frustrating to look back and realize how far away I am from the regular routine that was so good for my mental and physical health. Doing what I can day by day is all I can do though.
* an almost-laughable 10 minute run, travelling lunges, and bosu leg stability exercises, but I'll take it.
