Reptile survey mats have been placed on Hackney Marshes, Millfields, and in Robin Hood Community Garden. These will be used in an ongoing survey by the London Amphibian & Reptile Group and ReNature. The main species we will be looking out for is the grass snake, but the mats will also help monitor small mammals as part of the long-term recovery project led by ReNature.
