Wenn man die Friteuse wegen gestrigen Kindergeburtstag schon aufgebaut hat, dann gehts auch gleich weiter mit Spargel, Sellerie, Camenbert und Knackwurst für die Fleischfresser.
Wird sehr schön, weil die Öltemperatur gut kontrolliert wird, und ist weniger Patzerei als in der Pfanne!
Spargel putzen, schälen, bissfesst kochen. Panieren (ich hab Parmesanpanade genommen) und für drei Minuten bei 160° in die Friteuse.

J'y vais en trainant les pieds mais j'aime bien l'énergie que dégage cette prof et puis, (re)coup de #blues de merde donc bon, why not, même si je n'en attendais pas beaucoup...
Un flow trés classique un peu trop rempli de guerriers en tous genres mais un accompagnement trés bienveillant, des petites touches d'humour, féminisation des noms de postures, et d'un coup, sans prévenir des larmes de gratitude (vis à vis de la prof et vis à vis de moi-même) qui montent au moment du Savasana parce que c'était LE bon cours au BON moment. Et je sais que le week-end sera doux et ressourcant avec l'état d'esprit acquis grâce à ce cours ✨
