Resta comunque ridicolo affidarsi ad un'IA per consigli medici, come era ridicolo affidarsi a Google.

La difficoltร di avere accesso ad un medico che ascolti le domande del paziente e vi risponda (come un tempo i medici di base) si salda all'ormai generalizzata concezione "taumaturgica" dell'AI a livello popolare, e questo lo rende pressochรฉ inevitabile. D'altronde รจ la semplice prosecuzione delle diagnosi fatte con i motori di ricerca.
Direi di piรน, c'รจ una prospettiva ancora piรน inquietante: vista ormai la scarsa pratica clinica e la poca formazione in corsia di molti medici, non mi meraviglierei se alcuni di loro iniziassero ad usare in prima persona i LLM per formulare le proprie diagnosi...
Forse dopo i primi decessi causati dalle allucinazioni si inizierร ad avvertire la consapevolezza di un approccio diverso e piรน consapevole.
