I have this odd hobby of collecting stickers from conventions and comic book stores and turning them into magnets. I even have a stack of them that I will just give away at cons if anyone asks. Ich war letztens auf einer Berghütte. Der Aufstieg relativ steil und lang.
Entgegen kamen mir ein paar ältere und fluchende Männer... die dind den Berg mit Halbschuhen rauf und natürlich wieder runter... weil es ist Feiertag, und sm Feiertag zieht man schöne Schuhe an.
Der letzte der Gruppe hatte passendes Schuhwerk. Der meinte, die Kollegen waren das erste Mal am Berg, und wohl das letzte Mal... und er habe ihnen gutes Schuhwerk angeraten, aber sie wussten es "besser"...
Ich vermute mal, @vorortanleiter 🇺🇦 hat sich auf diese Personengruppe bezogen.
Es gibt auch in Österreich geborene Piefkes... 🫣😁
Das möge jede/r selbst interpretieren, nur so viel - es gibt tatsächlich Personengruppen, die bzw. deren Verhalten u.a. am Berg mir zuwider sind...

Wir haben uns nach der Hütte (die zu erreichen aber auch schon eine gewisse Grundkondition erfordert, sie ist auch nicht neben der Sesseliftbergstation) halt einfach über die herrlich einsamen Wege gefreut - die wohl v.a. deshalb so einsam waren, weil der gemeine Autowanderer immer blöd zum Parkplatz zurück muss, was gewisse Routen verunmöglicht. Da fühlt man sich dann als Öffi-Wanderer überlegen 😉

Die Autowanderer bringen aber noch weitere Nachteile mit sich...
Aufstiege vom Tal verfallen und werden nicht mehr gepflegt, weil sie zu wenig genutzt werden...
Ist mir in Spital am Pyhrn aufgefallen. Wenn du vom Bahnhof auf die Gowilalm willst, dann fahren dort so gut wie alle mit dem Auto auf einen hoch gelegenen Parkplatz und gehen die letzten 20min von dort dann rauf.
Der direkte Weg vom Bahnhof bis zur Holzeralm ist auf neueren Karten gar nicht mehr eingezeichnet, aber noch beschildert.
Ein zweiter, auch sehr direkter Weg ist schon so zugewachsen, weil der gar nicht mehr benutzt wird.
Dafür wird man zu fuß große Umwege auf unendlich faden Forststraßen geleitet, die so derartig unattraktiv sind, dass man lieber auf den Parkplatz rauf fährt...
Ich hab den fußweg, der wirklich wundervoll ist, auch nur durch Zufall und den Willen "da runter" zu wollen entdeckt... auf osm.org ist der Weg als Fuß aber nicht als Wanderweg eingezeichnet. Hab die Markierungen entdeckt und bin dann denen gefolgt. Und so gings bei der nächsten Wanderung auch diesen Weg wieder rauf.
Gerade in den Voralpen und nördlichen Kalkalpen ist die Güterwegisierung eine richtige Pest. Ehemals wundervolle Wanderwege (die ich noch aus meiner Kindheit kenne) sind heute bis hoch hinauf als Güterwege erschlossen... fad zu gehen. Schirch. Für Wanderungen mit Kindern ungeeignet, weil saufad.
Und da erinnere ich mich an die ÖPNV-Offensive in Oberösterreich vor 30 Jahren. Damals wurden irgendwelche Wohnbau-Rücklagen aufgelöst und mussten zum Ausbau des ÖPNV am Land zweckgewidmet verwendet werden. Und LR Hiesl und seine Kumpanen haben das Geld dann genutzt um Forstwege und Güterwege zu bauen... weil damit die Bauern dann von oben auch... oder so irgendwie... ja Bus... damit fährt doch eh keiner.
Und wenn ich in die Niederösterreichischen Voralpen blicke, dann dürfte dort sowas ähnliches im Gang gewesen sein.
