Estudo inédito da USP e UnB revela que Brasil gastou mais de R$ 10 bilhões em um ano com fornecedores estrangeiros de tecnologia
O montante desembolsado pelo setor público brasileiro com licenças, nuvem e produtos tecnológicos internacionais entre junho de 2024 e junho de 2025 ultrapassou R$ 10,35 bilhões, valor superior ao orçamento de diversos ministérios federais. Segundo o estudo, o recurso seria suficiente para pagar bolsas integrais de pós-graduação para 100% dos 350 mil mestrandos e doutorandos do país, considerando os valores atualizados da CAPES e do CNPq: R$ 2.100 mensais para 250 mil mestrandos e R$ 3.300 para 100 mil doutorandos, durante um ano inteiro.
