Da Torino a Palermo, da Milano a Genova, Roma e Napoli, il Liberty ha lasciato le sue tracce lungo tutta la penisola, impreziosendo città, piccoli centri e perfino angoli di campagna con palazzi e villini, tra le avvolgenti volute e i decori armoniosi tipici dell’Art Nouveau.
Dall’8 al 14 luglio l’Art Nouveau Week apre le porte dei luoghi del Liberty - spesso inaccessibili al pubblico durante il resto dell’anno - in 70 città italiane, con percorsi tematici, visite guidate, mostre, incontri e conferenze online su temi legati all’architettura, alle arti decorative, alla moda, all’illustrazione e perfino alla cucina. Sono oltre 100 gli itinerari da scoprire nella manifestazione ideata e curata da Andrea Speziali, dal Nord al Sud della penisola, ma anche all’estero, con appuntamenti da Ascona, in Svizzera, a Barcellona, Valencia e Palma di Maiorca in Spagna.
