The next step with those #AI meeting assistants joining calls is likely that they'll get agentic features - maybe some of them already have them. "Bot, schedule that call", "Bot, take a first swing at fixing that issue" etc.
(Agent reliability is still pretty shoddy but it'll get better.)
And then eventually the agents will start raising their hands in meetings and have their own suggestions.

It gets acronyms and names wrong, but often that's fixed with a quick search-and-replace. It actually does a good job with participant names, since it just reads those out from the actual participant list.
There's occasional misattribution and meaning changes, so still needs a read-through, but saves a lot of time.
Unlike Google's garbage search summaries, this already seems a fairly well-designed feature.
