This is a great post on the good news, bad news dynamic of the AI boom.
The good news is demand is exploding. Nvidia canโt make GPUs fast enough nor can Microsoft & Google bring data centers online fast enough to meet demand.
The bad news is demand is exploding. New features like Deep Research or Agehts use 10x - 100x the resources of vanilla chatbot queries from a year ago. AI companies simply canโt raise prices high enough to match usage. $200/month it isnโt enough.
