I'm in a newly and shinily renovated #VIRM train in The Netherlands right now. Back in the day when I was still forced to ride the train daily, there'd be a handle on the door, and a physical lock. But of course, that won't do in 2025. It's all controlled with electronics now.

Shore's work, specifically, speaks to me and probably played a much larger role in forming my personal tastes than I appreciated at the time.
