Books on tape! Books on tape! er or um audio books, I guess. Dang I sound old (but I am old. so i don't care) anyways you can get all kinds of great non-fiction books to listen to at your library or you can do torrents like a criminal (of course you would only get books in the public domain then) Anyways. Listening to books is a great way to broaden your mind.
Libraries are incredible, you can get the book right on your phone and don't even have to go in to pick it up.

The strip by day is at its most depressing, like a failed mega-mall and theme park that you might find off a forgotten exit near an interstate highway. At night, the strip is at its best, such as it is, with the lights and excess at least hinting at some sense of glamor and excitement. During a thunderstorm it's merely absurd.

Social Security whistleblower who claims DOGE mishandled Americans' sensitive data resigns from post
Charles Borges, the agency's chief data officer, alleged that more than 300 million Americans’ Social Security data was put at risk by DOGE officials who uploaded sensitive information to a cloud account not subject to oversight. His disclosure was submitted to the special counsel’s office on Tuesday.
“After reporting internally to management and externally to regulators, serious data and security and integrity concerns impacting our citizens’ most sensitive personal data, I have suffered exclusion, isolation, internal strife, and a culture of fear, creating a hostile work environment and making work conditions intolerable,” Borges added.
The Government Accountability Project, which is representing him in his whistleblower case, posted Borges' resignation letter on its website Friday evening. Borges declined to comment.
“He no longer felt that he could continue to work for the Social Security Administration in good conscience, given what he had witnessed,” his attorney Andrea Meza said in a statement. She added that Borges would continue to work with the proper oversight bodies on the matter.

So, I watched #Python: The Documentary.
It's a good one. You should watch it.
But here is a question that I have for fellow Pythonistas. #OpenStack was, for a while, one of the largest Python projects around, and one of the largest collaborative FOSS projects in any language. And yet, today it seems like the community has completely forgotten about those things. It is not mentioned in this documentary at all.
Why is that so? Not a rhetorical question.

Possibly speaking from experience.
Buy physical copies of the books you enjoy so you can take notes in them and get them signed by your favorite authors. And it's great to have for reference.
I read much faster than any audio book can talk ... so I think I get more from the audio since it slows me down.

I have stopped using Audible, and found software to export the books I bought and store them locally. Yes, it's a pain if you're not tech-literate, but I found it fairly doable.
