(Amendment VIII) Sorry, your under arrest for trying to survive in public spaces in the middle of winter/heatwave after the city/state/federal has taken everything from you and there is absolutely no place to go to get out of the weather.

A short time ago, #Trump decided that 770,000 people have no US Constitution rights when he declared it #Illegal2BHomeless across the entire country. Not only do we now have to be on the lookout for city cops, shariffs, state cops, National Guards that also forgot the oath we say when joining the US Military, we have to be looking for every day haters who won't hesitate to kill us for simply not having a paid for place to live.

second amendment was created for a reason, and it wasnt so that fascist tyrants could hijack it and take over our country. If even merely 100,000 humans with small arms start showing up on the streets, lets see what sort of negotiations these fascists decide are on the table.

Invading US cities -- BRINGING CONFLICT where there is none for the purposes of fascist power consolidation -- warrants second amendment, state militia activity.

I think the appropriate response is to block the roads leading to ICE facilities and don't go anywhere near them...

when I saw this today I was just gobsmacked, Portland felt like the very least ever "War ravaged" city I've visited. I loved it there. I felt safe.

Stay safe my man but also go ahead and fight where you want to fight - and feel free to vent in my direction wherever you need to.

I'm really feeling pretty hopeless here. I just bought a house and now I wish I'd used the money to move my family to another country.

I wish I believed there was a way to avoid us turning into a completely fascist state where opposing fascism wasn't considered terrorism, but I just don't see it.
