I agree with most of it but think the colonial/cis/white guy critique of the older sci-fi is overdone (broadly, not in this article).
When it's descriptive it's accurate - it was almost all stuff written by straight white guys for straight white guys.
When it's normative - why did they only write for straight white guys? That's nonsense to me. It's like asking "why didn't they become someone else who is an anachronism and write for my modern sensibilities"?

Em outra via aprendemos por meio da religião a teoria do criacionismo que diz que Deus criou o universo depois as plantes os animais e por último o homem!
Ouvimos também que chegaria o dia em que a ciência e a religião andariam lado a lado na minha opinião esse dia já chegou e a ciência só tenta explicar o óbvio que já estava escrito a mais de 5mil anos,
E a nossa ciência só consegue enxergar isso com a tecnologia moderna dos dias atuais !
Como poderia Moisés que viveu por volta de 1250 a.c entender de Ciências Naturais (biologia, química, física), Ciências Sociais (sociologia, psicologia), Ciências Formais (matemática, lógica) e Ciências Aplicadas (engenharia e medicina) pra afirmar com tanta exatidão a ordem da criação?
E a nossa ciência só conseguiu explicar isso nesse século que primeiro veio as plantas depois os animais e por último os seres humanos! Que loucura em !!
