Mehr und schärfere Sanktionen haben fast zwangsläufig auch ein Mehr an Widersprüchen und Klagen vor Gericht zur Folge. Allein zwischen Juni 2024 und Mai 2025 sind 434 000 Widersprüche bei den Grundsicherungsstellen gegen ihre Bescheide eingegangen. 55 000 Klagen waren vor Gericht anhängig. Im Ergebnis wurde jedem dritten Widerspruch vollständig oder zumindest teilweise stattgegeben, und von den Klagen, die sich nicht im Zeitverlauf „von selbst“ erledigten, waren sogar zwei Drittel erfolgreich.
die bescheide, die von der behörde ausgestellt werden, sind so unterirdisch schlecht, so fachlich mies, dass ein drittel der widersprüche erfolgreich sind und zwei drittel der klagen! das ist bahn-niveau!
das passt auch gut zu anderen aussagen, die ich irgendwo gesehen hatte, dass die größten einsparpotenziale beim bürgergeld in der verwaltung liegen und nicht bei den leistungsempfangenden ...

In addition to avoiding their creepy stalker tracking, profiling and surveillance capitalism, the last thing I need is for them to inevitably get breached because they did a common cybersecurity no-no, and then have my personal details leaked on dark web forums.
Whatever happened to "don't give out your personal details to strangers online"? Now every app demands you dox yourself for basic services.
