Um dia após acompanhar em Pequim um dos maiores desfiles militares já realizados pela China, em comemoração aos 80 anos do fim da Segunda Guerra Mundial, o assessor especial da Presidência, Celso Amorim, afirmou que o Brasil está aberto a ampliar a cooperação militar com o país asiático.
A declaração ocorreu após a decisão inédita de enviar generais para atuar como adidos militares na embaixada brasileira em Pequim — até então, a única representação diplomática com oficiais de alta patente era a de Washington.
Segundo o assessor, a aproximação militar reflete o fortalecimento das relações bilaterais e ganha peso diante da guerra comercial entre Estados Unidos e China. Para ele, o enfraquecimento do sistema multilateral impulsionado pela Casa Branca aumenta a necessidade de estreitar laços com Pequim e reduzir os impactos das tarifas impostas pelos EUA.
"É uma economia enorme, nosso principal parceiro comercial, essa cooperação se tornou mais importante. É muito importante essa relação Brasil-China. Eu acho que eles compreendem isso também", disse Amorim em entrevista ao jornal O Globo.

I'm writing a PWA and was debugging in a private Vivaldi window. Noticed that the application local storage didn't clear when I closed the private window and opened a new one. Found out that when having multiple private windows open, local storage is shared between those windows, and won't be cleared until all private windows is closed.
Private was not so private after all, but maybe private tabs must share local storage even is they are in separate windows.

ok so for my NAS i now have my eyes on a Jonsbo N3 case, which is mini-ITX with and 8 bay SATA rack
now the problem is that i now need a mini-ITX motherboard but i also want it to be low power and also have enough SATA ports (or a good enough PCIe slot for a SATA expansion card
i was looking at the ASUS Prime N100I-D D4, which is one of only two mini-ITX N100 mobos on the market it seems (other than aliexpress mobos), but that only has 1 SATA port and only has a PCI-e 3.0 x1 slot (or x2 for the m.2 slot), and im not sure if that even has enough bandwidth to split into 8 SATA ports......
anyone have experience with mini-ITX NAS form factor and have a good suggestion for a low power mobo? like N100 seemed nice because its REALLY low power and more than strong enough for my purposes

I can think of a few other ways you could control this, but they quickly start increasing the part count which makes this particularly elegant.
