Aber damit wollten sich die klammen Behörden aus der Verantwortung der Kontrollen ziehen.
Und wir werfen zudem noch einen Blick auf den (invertierten) Bürokratieabbau, der permanent in aller Munde ist.

Let's face it, "this IP address/user agent tuple pays for porn" would probably be enough for a blackmail threat or two with only a trivial amount of extra work, never mind what else there may be.
Given that Mixpanel's product is all about tracking user behaviour via events, it's not difficult to surmise that this data consists of a log of exactly what each user did when on the site. (Client side ad and tracker blockers may have inhibited transmitting such events in the first place - assuming they were in fact implemented on the client side, and assuming the site didn't refuse to work if it detected such a blocker.)
