Questa immagine mostra una formazione rocciosa stratificata all’interno del cratere Jiji, erosa in butte e strati simili a gradini.

Questa formazione si estende verso ovest ed est. Rocce stratificate simili si trovano in diversi crateri di Arabia Terra e Meridiani Planum, tra cui i crateri Sera e Banes. Le somiglianze suggeriscono che lo stesso processo abbia formato depositi su un’ampia area geografica molto tempo fa. La nostra immagine indica anche che gran parte della formazione si è erosa rispetto a ciò che è rimasto. Molte immagini HiRISE del cratere Jiji consentono agli scienziati di valutare quanto siano simili o diverse le stratificazioni in quest’area, il che può aiutarli a comprendere meglio gli strati geologici e le loro proprietà su distanze maggiori.

Ortuzar colaborará en "comunicación y asuntos públicos" en la consultora PwC, empresa multada por manipulación de licitaciones y con vínculos directos al PNV.
<p>Andoni Ortuzar, expresidente del Euskadi Buru Batzar y exlíder del PNV, ha fichado recientemente como asesor externo para asuntos públicos y comunicación en la empresa consultora internacional PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC). El socio responsable de PwC en la zona norte es Asier Atutxa, colaborador histórico del PNV y cercano a Ortuzar, lo que mantiene las sospechas de las estrechas relaciones entre el partido y algunas consultoras.</p><p>PwC es una de las principales contratistas de las instituciones autonómicas de Araba, Bizkaia y Gipuzkoa, vinculada a grandes proyectos institucionales, como la elaboración del listado de empresas para acceder a las ayudas europeas de Next Generation. Sin embargo, PwC fue multada por la Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia (CNMC) con 6,3 millones de euros por manipular licitaciones públicas durante más de una década, en colaboración con otras consultoras. Estas licitaciones afectaron a varios ayuntamientos, departamentos del Gobierno Vasco, Cantabria y Castilla y León, así como al Puerto y la Diputación Foral de Bizkaia, según recuerda <em>Naiz</em>.</p><p>Aún así, a pesar de esas multas, los jeltzales y sus socios de gobierno del PSE impidieron que el Parlamento Vasco instara a una investigación externa e independiente sobre estos contratos, y tampoco demandaron a las empresas implicadas, afirmando que "las irregularidades correspondían exclusivamente a las consultoras y no a las instituciones públicas", que continúan contratando con ellas. Sin embargo, la trayectoria de Ortuzar, al igual que la de otros dirigentes jeltzales que abandonaron sus cargos orgánicos, difumina los límites entre partido y empresa.</p><p>Ortuzar es licenciado en Ciencias de la Información, con una carrera que incluye la dirección de EiTB y la presidencia del Bizkai Buru Batzar durante cinco años, además de doce años al frente del EBB. En febrero de 2025 anunció que abandonaba la carrera interna para un nuevo mandato como presidente, dejando paso a Aitor Esteban, que ha asumido el liderazgo del partido. Su nuevo rol en PwC da comienzo a su carrera en la consultoría privada tras pasar prácticamente toda su carrera como político profesional.</p>

About bottle caps and a general denial of reality.

I made this work in 2012. I filled a humming top with plastic objects found in the stomach of one albatross chick on Kure Atoll (Northwestern Hawaiian islands). 340 g. Cigarette lighters, plastic fragments, toys and mainly bottle caps.

There is a reason why the lids no longer come off the bottles!

Copilot è diventato una piaga assoluta partita come un epidemia da Microsoft. Iniziò su Windows 11 e su GitHub, ora sta persino su Firefox (Mozilla, posso dire per una volta hai rotto il cazzo?), Xbox e le Smart TV Samsung.

A momenti mi viene pure da pensare DOOM con Copilot (scherzi a parte) integrato nel gioco dove puoi chiedere all'IA di fottere l'intero gioco a piacimento.

Io non so più, ma ora mi viene un po' l'ansia di non saper trovare un portatile nuovo che non HA il tasto Copilot.

Ho visto che il portatile di mio fratello ha il tasto Copilot, cosa che simbolizza per me un segno di posizione assoluta sul design della tastiera indesiderato.

Atroce, perché se lo vedo integrato in tutti i fottuti laptop con Windows non c'è altro da fare ma ricoprirlo con una etichetta simpatica perché il logo di Copilot non lo voglio vedere, e piuttosto cercherei un modo di disattivarlo o trasformarlo in un tasto di scorciatoia.

they might be ignoring it. I'm not. I've been around for the onset of two pandemics now. In my teens, I was so concerned about AIDS that I became one of the most educated people in the country on the topic. My knowledge on that is very outdated, but I'm aware that pandemic is still ongoing. And growing up on the land all across Canada as a forager, I feel much more in tune with the changes in climate than the average city person.

This is definitely something that I've found to be really helpful.

I've taken it to a *bit* of an extreme though - I have what I call a psuedo-blog, essentially a private me-only blog and try to structure what I write as if it were on my public blog.

When I'm stuck on something (whether technical or a decision), forcing myself to write it in a format that forces me to explain it to others is often unbelieveably helpful.
