Die verantwortungsbewussten Mitarbeiter palavern sich in max 7 Minuten jeden Tag in der Früh die anstehenden Arbeiten OHNE Anwesenheit der Vorgesetzten selbst aus.
Das ist Abgabe der Verantwortung von den Führungspersönlichkeiten an die Mitarbeiter.
Da aber bei uns der allgemeine Trend gerade genau in die konträre Richtung geht: Volle Kontrolle durch das Management, die MA sind nur mehr die Ausführungshanswürste ohne jegliche Gestaltungsmöglichkeit...

Da trendet es total, dass die Vorgesetzten ALLE Kontrolle Macht und Infos an sich reißen... uns keinerlei Gestaltungsspielraum für Verantwortungsübernahme mehr lassen wollen... aber verlangen, dass wir verantwortungsvoll arbeiten... Wie soll denn das gehen.
Wenn die das so wollen, sollens einen Roboter hinsetzen der genau jeden Schas so macht, wie sie sich das vorstellen.
Aber ich könnte ein KI-Strategie fahren.
Ich führ irgendwas aus und entschuldige mich dann Wortreich um den selben Scheiß wieder auszuführen um mich wieder wortreich zu entschuldigen.
Nicht widersprechen, sondern einfach Schas am Laufenden Band bauen... und wortreich entschuldigen.
Ich glaub, diese wortreichen, siaßladen Entschuldigungen und die widerspruchslose Ausführung jedes beauftragten Schases ist das, was den Vorgesetzten an der KI so gut gefällt... Hirnlose, aber intelligent wirkende (nicht seiende) Untergebene Arbeitssklaven...

While political rights were granted to Jews, only civil & religious rights were mentioned for Palestinians.
