@mcc I'm afraid my expertise in the behavior of the two dialects is quite out of date. I would assume it's the same but perhaps it's different. (Though in the absence of the attribute they appear to have added for Rust, I'm not sure _how_ C could have compiled differently.)
My understanding is that the problem is present in C++, but not in C, because C++ introduced an explicit UB rule for optimization (the compiler authors wanted to be able to merge loops) but the C standards body rejected that rule. Moreover my understanding was this briefly affected Rust due to a *bug* in LLVM, but this was never standard correct for Rust so it required a bug to occur. Upgrading Rust may fix the problem.

Dovendo stare al passo con i concorrenti di lega si finisce per correre appresso all’XP, il che significa correre appresso ai potenziamenti nei momenti in cui questi vengono offerti, finendo puntualmente per aprire la app giusto per fare il metodo XP veloce per qualche minuto, poi tornare a fare altro, anziché aprire la app per usarla per bene… 🎳
