判決書直指，法源對法規制定、修正發布日期、發文字號、沿革序號等12點特色均有其獨創性的編排方式。對於政府「公文」或「編輯物」，必須進一步審閱法規條文、主管機關嗣後之施行命令或其他與法令異動有關之內容，整理出其整部法令或不同條文之脈動，尤其涉及法令之施行、替代、廢止、合併、移轉管轄…等特殊情事。此均有賴精準之文句，詳述其變動狀況，更顯示其必須具備專業法律知識之高度「原創性」。
其中更有很多資料幾乎在全國法規資料庫與司法院法規查詢系統中都無法查詢到，法源為了建立資料庫，不惜砸大錢、找人從舊書攤買書比對文件核實、一字一句輸入並印出校對，長年投入龐大心血才能在司法圈累積信譽，七法利用多隻爬蟲程式每天爬走法源資料，已明顯侵害其著作權

an oligarch isn't just rich. it implies that their wealth gives them much more influence over society than the rest of us. I will never understand how libertarian-minded folks focus almost exclusively on government control of their lives, but rarely on the influence that the very wealthy can have (or if they do, it's only certain rich people doing things they don't like).
