The UN human rights office on Tuesday raised alarm over reported proposals that Israel is working with other countries, including the US, to potentially facilitate the so-called voluntary movement of Palestinians out of Gaza, warning that such plans could amount to forcible transfer under international law.

Also, I don't know if NLNet is involved in NGI Sargasso. They were the operator of some other NGI funds (Zero and Assure, from which my side-project LibResilient got some funding).
