What they don't know is there's alternatives, mitigation and countermeasures.

Aufgrund seines quasistationären Verhaltens können über Osteuropa unwetterartige Regensummen zwischen 80 und 150 l/m² auftreten. Besonders spannend ist diese Entwicklung im Hinblick auf das weitere Sommerwetter, denn der Kaltlufttropfen wirkt als Störimpuls und kann die Stabilität eines Hochdruckgebiets entscheidend beeinflussen.
