@ballalloi neanche io! Ieri ascoltavo la rassegna stampa de ilPost e parlava di questo articolo del ilsole24ore. Di solito ci sto attento a queste cose, eppure non ne sapevo niente. È colpa della regione che non ha comunicato adeguatamente, infatti in Emilia Romagna il 90% ha dato il consenso, in altre regioni l'1%...

io ho dato il consenso, però ad ogni visita con unə nuovə specialista mi chiedono di ripetere la mia storia clinica e prendono appunti, mentre io mi sforzo di non dimenticare nulla di rilevante. In effetti dovrei cominciare a rispondere "può controllare nel mio FSE".
Aggiungo poi che la mia medica di medicina generale usa una app privata per gestione appuntamenti e rinnovo prescrizioni, e per praticità le mando i referti lì invece che sul FSE. Però effettivamente è una duplicazione

Pretty sensibly designed study that focuses on Cursor use in particular and shows that agents slow things down rather than speeding them up for experienced folks maintaining large, complex codebases:

That matches my experience so far; they're still too likely to make dumb or destructive suggestions or go in circles. Better for bootstrapping & tightly scoped projects. (Caveat: older version of Claude, but benchmarks don't show a step change improvement since then.)
I don't think agents are a dead end at all; the approach seems sound to me overall, though some of the UIs and permission models are .. not well-considered.
I suspect we might get into positive gains on tasks of this complexity even without fundamental improvements to the models themselves -- there's a lot that can be gained by fine-tuning agent behavior.
