Überweisungen funktionieren teilweise nicht, müssen einzeln von der Behörde freigegeben werden, Mahnungen trudeln ein, Deutschlandtickets müssen gekündigt werden, die Karte funktioniert in vielen Geschäften nicht - und so weiter. Mit 63 Fragen versucht unsere Stadträtin @Anne Herpertz jetzt, in #Dresden wenigstens Licht ins Dunkle zu bekommen.
