Guten Tag,
nach Mitteilung der Global Sumud Flotilla an das Auswärtige Amt nehmen Sie derzeit an der Flottille teil. Bitte beachten Sie hierzu folgende Hinweise:
Die israelische Regierung hat öffentlich gemacht, dass sie den Schiffen der Flottille keinen Zugang zu einem aktiven Kriegsgebiet gewähren und die Fahrt nach Gaza verhindern wird. Das Risiko eines - auch gewaltsamen - Eingreifens der israelischen Seite, um die Flottille zu stoppen, ist daher gegeben.
Das Auswärtige Amt steht mit der israelischen Regierung in Kontakt und hat sie zur Einhaltung völkerrechtlicher Pflichten in ihrem Vorgehen aufgefordert.
Das Auswärtige Amt hat aufgerufen, den Schutz der an Bord Befindlichen unbedingt zu gewährleisten.
Das Auswärtige Amt rät dennoch dringend, von einer Einfahrt nach Gaza abzusehen, die Flottille zu verlassen bzw. das von der israelischen Regierung vorgebrachte Angebot der Nutzung des Hafens Ashkelon zur Entladung der Hilfsgüter zu nutzen.
Das Auswärtige Amt warnt bereits seit Jahren vor Reisen in den Gazastreifen und weist in den Reise- und Sicherheitshinweisen darauf hin, dass konsularische Hilfeleistungen in Gaza aufgrund der kriegerischen Handlungen zurzeit praktisch unmöglich sind.
Bitte weisen Sie auch andere deutsche Teilnehmende der Flottille auf diese Informationen hin und empfehlen Sie ihnen eine Registrierung in der Krisenvorsorgeliste ELEFAND. Eine Registrierung ist über krisenvorsorgeliste.diplo.de
oder die ELEFAND-App möglich.

Das #Lieferkettengesetz , das da gerade faktisch in die Tonne getreten wird, galt nie für Tante-Emma-Läden - sondern nur Firmen mit über Tsd Angestellten in D.
&Seine Schredderung ist nicht "unternehmensfreundlich" für Firmen, die verantwortungsvoll mit ihren Lieferketten umgehen - sondern die, die für Profit auf Umwelt & Menschenrechte pfeifen.
Man kann das wirklich nicht oft genug betonen: Es geht bei sowas wie dem #Lieferkettengesetz darum, einen Rahmen bzw "level playing field" zu schaffen, in dem sich alle (bzw zumindest die größten & stärksten) an Mindeststandards zu halten haben - damit eben KEIN Wettbewerbsnachteil für verantwortungsvolle Unternehmen eintritt, die auf Umwelt & Menschenrechte achten.
Stattdessen zwingt die verquere Verdrehung von Reiche&Co zum Rattenrennen mit Wettbewerbsvorteil für Verantwortungslosigkeit
