With the mail the Foreign Office [hereafter FO] gives several “important advices”:
• Israel makes it public to block the flotilla even with force; it’s risky.
• FO is in contact with Israeli Government and asked to comply with the International Law.
• Nevertheless it is recommended to leave the flotilla and hand over the aid goods to Israel.
• Over years FO has been warning against entering Gaza; any consular assistance in the strip is practically impossible.
• Please inform other German members of these advices…

Intelligence Minister Esmaeil Khatib said the files contain the full names, personal data, addresses, and professional affiliations of 189 Israeli nuclear and military specialists directly linked to weapons projects.
