Das tolle an dem System in Dänemark ist ja, das es landesweit einheitlich ist, das es eine Webseite gibt auf der alle Plätze verzeichnet sind. Dort kocht nicht jede Gemeinde oder Region ihr eigenes Süppchen.

These lovely people let me hang around with them and take an entire roll of pictures as they were beginning to set up for an evening concert in the cafeteria. Wenn der Staat da also durchgreifen will, gibt es hohe Hürden, die vorr. in juristische Auseinandersetzungen münden, die sich hinziehen. Und wenn der Staat die gewinnt, dann steht dem Eigentümer eine Entschädigung zu.

Wäre ich Bürgermeister der reichen Stadt Hamburg, und es würden 6 obdachlose Menschen in "meiner" Stadt erfrieren, dann würde ich mich sehr schämen, denn ich wüsste, daß ich meinen Job nicht gut mache und würde aktiv werden, zukünftige erfrierende Menschen in "meiner" reichen Stadt zu verhindern.
