Enough with the shite about "challenging how we perceive" stuff. It doesn't: we don't think buildings can now have big zippers on them as an architectural norm, we know it's art. It wouldn't work as art if we did think it was just architecture.
The building looks weird in a humorous way, and it's OK for that to be the point of it, since it succeeds at that.
