We have a busy week ahead.
Thanks to this community's support, Wrack will be lifted back into the water on Monday — finally! — and on Tuesday, my wife will meet with an English-speaking cardiologist to review the records of her recent hospitalisations and undergo blood tests and an ultrasound.
She isn't recovering as well as we'd hoped. We were already looking for somewhere to settle, somewhere with access to consistent, competent health care, but now this is urgent. Our options are limited and none is without significant obstacles.
Our situation has always been scarily precarious but suddenly, it's much more so.
