Per emulazione, si sta diffondendo una sottocultura tremenda legata al turismo: io sono turista, porto soldi, sono "l'esploratore", quindi ho tutti i diritti del mondo.
Vedo video di persone che vanno a disturbare chi vive nella giungla, ad esempio, o a emulare con leggerezza e divertimento comportamenti pericolosi che persone del posto fanno perché non hanno scelta.
Non va bene secondo me: da turisti si va dove si può e sempre in punta di piedi.

For Russia it’s not, but for UN very much it is. So we have a classic conflict where the statement is irrelevant in any frame of reference one chooses to apply:
- if Russia wants to refer to UN, their statement applies equally to their attacks on Ukraine, so they effectively blame themselves
- if Russia wants to use their private system of values, detached from UN, then the statements - referring to UN - is obsolete and irrelevant
