The ONLY way we are going to fight this now is to back our arguments up with links to legal texts etc, That way should any authority try and silence us, we simply quote legally binding international conventions.
It will also help any defence lawyers with our cases.
If people can't get on the streets to protest, we can fight in the Hague, there are enough of us, more than enough evidence and multiple bodies arguing what is going on is Genocide.
We can no longer use the Self defense argument, too many people have died.
If you mugged me in the street, I would not be permitted to come round your house, massacre you WHOLE family, blow your house up and argue this is self defence, even an argument of proportionate would NOT work in a court of law.
I think under Islamic shiria law , ther IS eye for an eye, from my understanding and reading about application the punishment fits the crime, e.g you break someones leg, the court orders your leg to be broken. (hence the name)
