🇩🇪🎳Abandoned nine-pin bowling alley (Kegelbahn) in the former East #Germany
In the early 1950s this was home ground for the workers of a nearby factory. By the 1970s, they were competing in higher leagues. A new alley was built, replacing this old shabby building.
It continued to serve the town for another 12 years as a casual bowling space, open to all. But by the late 1980s, the doors closed. A once lively venue, was #abandoned to decay.

È stata una serata pazzesca, soprattutto grazie a chi ha ballato e sudato fino alla chiusura, ma anche grazie alla magica atmosfera che solo un chiostro del XVI secolo (di quello che una volta era un ospedale per malati di sifilide) può creare. Grazie anche a tutto il team di tentapes che è venuto per supportarmi e per documentare il calore dei giovani artisti dell'accademia con dei bellissimi video. When a video from #Peertube appears in my feed here in #Mastodon, it only shows the title and the URL, nothing more. This is not really helpful.
Would it be possible, that Mastodon shows something like the first 300 characters from the description (500 characters minus 120 for the peertube title and the URL), @renchap?
Seems like Peertube doesn't see it as their problem:
