If the roof was removed only recently, many of these beams will still be good and it used to be normal to construct or repair other buildings with recycled logs from previous ones.

Daher eine Bitte: Wenn ihr Zugriff auf Sagensammlungen habt und Lust habt mich bei meinen Recherchen zu unterstützen, dann schaut mal in die Quellenangaben in diesen Sammlungen. Ich suche nach Quellen, die
(a) vor 1930 publiziert wurden (dann sind sie relativ sicher gemeinfrei), und (b) noch _nicht_ auf der obengenannten Liste stehen.
Wenn ihr solche Titel findet, dann sagt mir den Namen und den Autor, und ich kann dann schauen, ob ich das irgendwo als Digitalisat finde.
