Playing monster chase with kid at the park. I'm amused and pleased with how many littles see me and ask if they can play too.
I always have to be a bit cautious, being an older bearded male playing with kids, even my own. It's never been an issue, but I'm always aware of the optics.
Apparently, I'm just a compelling lava monster the littles really like to power blast or freeze ray when we play.

Sure, I let them, assuming the parent had let them come over....
I was trespassed from Burger King for months because the parent claimed I was harassing his kids.
I .... NEVER touched the kids.
Kids came to ME, and my training to let people be themselves, I let them look.
I thnk that BK ban, selling pokemon toys at the time, traumatized me.

I take my kid to the trampoline park and play all kinds of loud active games, and I attract little kids like the pied piper. All the other parents are parked around the perimeter staring at their phones…
I think the kids just want adult attention, and will run to whatever adult gives it, no matter how safe or unsafe they look.
