このクマの駆除をめぐり、地元の猟友会と副議長がトラブルに発展となりました。
関係者によりますと、到着した猟友会のハンターが、現場にいた副議長に声を掛けたといいます。
「誰ですか」
副議長と面識のなかったハンター。
これに対し。
「誰にモノを言ってるか」
現場にはクマの駆除や運び出しのため、１０人ほどのハンターが集まり、副議長に安全のため現場から離れるよう促します。
しかし、副議長は応じず、このように話したといいます。
「こんなに人数が必要なのか。金もらえるからだろ。俺にそんなことするなら駆除もさせないようにするし、議会で予算も減らすからな。辞めさせてやる」
このトラブルの後、一部のハンターから「駆除をやりたくない」という声があがったことから、猟友会は町からの出動要請に応じないことを決めました。”
