Kannte ich noch nicht, aber krasses Rezept.
Im Teig genauso viel Zucker wie Mehl, plus Vanillezucker, plus ein Drittel der japonais (was ist das? sowas wie Baiser?) ist Zucker, und dann noch die Buttercreme , die aus 300 g Butter und nochmal 180 g Zucker besteht, und an das ganze kommt dann noch 200 ml Kirschlikör. Und natürlich auch noch mit Zucker bestäuben, da fällt man ja schon beim Lesen ins Verdauungskoma

Ist im Kanton Zug sozusagen Nationalgericht.
Und beim Zuger Fondue kommt nicht nur Kirschwasser in den Käse, sondern man tunkt auch das Brot kurz in ein Glas damit, bevor man es in Käse tränkt.

Klar, von Mangos habe ich als Kind auch noch nie was gehört.
Aber Kindergarten war klar. Meine Mama hat ja gearbeitet.
Das Ehepaar, das den geführt hat, hieß "Hempel" und ich dachte noch lange, dass "bei Hempels unterm Sofa" mit denen zu tun hatte, weil im Kindergarten ja immer viel Zeug rumfliegt und dann auch unterm Sofa landet.

Der ist wirklich strunzsimpel zu machen und die meisten Kinder finden ihn voll klasse.
Eignet sich auch zum Mitbringen bei Picknicks und so (auch super zu transportieren) - solange die im Frühjahr oder Herbst stattfinden.
Wenn's heiß ist, wird das sooo eine Sauerei.
