Authorities in Moscow on Tuesday designated Yale University as an “undesirable” organization, accusing the U.S. institution of trying to destabilize the country and training Russian activists to oppose the Kremlin.
We are now running an instance of the wonderful badgefed from @vocalcat! Badgefed is a federated credential issuing platform. We'll be using this to recognise contributions (financial, material or intellectual) to both our platforms as well as the Fediverse as a whole, with a focus on contributions to gaming community here across the Fediverse.
The software is still in fairly early development, so you can consider this service to more or less be pre-alpha. There may be breaking changes, and I'll be doing my best to help the project along the way with my (decidedly amateur) skills.

We know that the moral stances we take may not bear fruit until after we have passed. Belief that the arc is long & bending towards justice offers solace & encouragement to try our best anyway. My critique stems from a separation of means & ends. It is always the time to do good works, no matter the results, now or ever.
