L'alcol è stato menzionato in oltre il 20% dei casi in almeno sei paesi e sono stati segnalati anche decessi correlati a farmaci oppioidi, come ossicodone e tramadolo.
L'EUDA sottolinea che i decessi per overdose sono influenzati da molti fattori, tra cui il tipo di droga, le modalità di utilizzo, le interruzioni del trattamento e la ridotta tolleranza. L'intento suicidario è stato segnalato più spesso tra i decessi indotti da droghe nelle donne rispetto agli uomini, sottolineando la necessità di una prevenzione attenta al genere.
Prevenire i decessi per overdose è una priorità della Strategia e del Piano d'azione dell'UE in materia di droga 2021-25, che include misure come la personalizzazione degli interventi per i gruppi ad alto rischio, l'aumento della disponibilità e dell'uso del naloxone e l'espansione dei trattamenti basati sull'evidenza.

Das macht natürlich auch denCharme des Ganzen aus. Aber, so wie ich das jetzt selbst feststellen durfte, kann einem das auch Böse in den Hintern beißen.
Und nicht jeder ist Willens oder in der Lage, sich einen eigenen Server zu zulegen und das entsprechende Wissen dafür anzuschaffen …
na ja, es gibt schon ein paar Instanzen, die klare Regeln haben udn da auch schon Jahre lang so handhaben. Für Neulinge ist das sicher nicht leicht rauszufinden, aber man könnte Fragen.
Wenn ein Mod Wechseln gemacht wird, kann das leider auch passieren, das eine vorher stabile Instanz, kippt. Das hast du aber in Konzern Netzen auch, das deren Chefs und ihre Firmenpolitik auf einmal kippt und die das Gegenteil machen
@crossgolf_rebel Die Regeln kannte ich bei troet.cafe auch. Und ich bin auch weiterhin der Ansicht, dass ich diese befolgt habe.
Es sind weiterhin nur selbst auflegte, Regeln und eben keine gesetzliche Regelung, welche gegebenenfalls juristische Konsequenzen nach sich ziehen.
Das wäre im Fediverse auch denkbar unmöglich. Aber gleichzeitig ist es der Grund, warum zum Beispiel öffentliche Einrichtungen und vor allem kommerzielle Anbieter, Firmen, dem Netzwerk fernbleiben und lieber Bluesky verwenden beispielsweise.
Es gibt auf Mastodon nirgendwo die Sicherheit, dass die nicht irgendjemand einfach deinen Account, indem du viel Arbeit hinein gesteckt hast, dicht macht. Du kannst Glück haben und einen guten Server erwischen mit guten Leuten.
Was ich zum Beispiel schon häufiger angemahnt habe, ist, dass die Kommunikation meist auf der Strecke bleibt.
Und dann bleibt oft nicht mehr als nur gute Absichten und im Zweifelsfall eben ein Schulterzucken.
Als Anwender Nutzer ist man hier nicht besser dran, als auf Facebook oder Twitter …
das sind schon mal unterschiedliche herangehensweisen. Während wir alten immer wieder gesagt haben, nutzt eigen Instanzen und gerade für Firmen, Kommunen usw. ihr seid Herr über eure Instanzen die niemand außer euch dicht machen kann.
Wir werden und wurden dafür verlacht, und von SocialMediaProfis angemault. Das ist eine herangehensweise, die von denen keiner mehr kennt und das ist so schade. Lieber verschenken sie ihre Daten und lassen sich als von denen Knechten, als selber aktiv zu sein.
Und, eine eigene Instanz mit egal welcher Software bekommt man echt für einen schmalen Taler, wenn man es nicht allein machen will.
