After testing the Fediverse, I’ve finally left Facebook and deleted my account.

Too many ads, an algorithm deciding what I see, a breeding ground for conspiracy theories and hate speech, Zuckerberg’s cowardly compliance with the new US administration.

Facebook became toxic for me, so I left.

Wouldn't it be nice if people leaving Facebook made it public by announcing it with hashtags #MyCancellationDay and #LeavingFacebook (or whatever social you leave)?
