@L_Alberto il gesto è uno dei criteri, neppure il più importante. È il come si lavora con l'orchestra prima dell'esecuzione che fa la differenza, non il durante. Famoso il video di Bernstein che dirige, dopo aver concertato, solo con il movimento degli occhi e di alcuni muscoli facciali, ma aveva già insegnato ai professori d'orchestra come voleva che suonassero.

By linking good causes to bad systems messages are muddled. More alarming is that many participants themselves see no conflict. Supporting change while propping up the status quo is self defeating.
