Ti capisco, ne ho viste alcune anch'io, anche se in team e non uffici. Se i capi hanno almeno un neurone e mezzo, magari faranno un po' di scena perché "la escludete" ma poi nulla di concreto, perché realizzano che la gente non viene esclusa così per divertimento (a meno di magheggi politici che boh, non ce li vedo a livelli inferiori al middle management) ma perché appunto non fa un cazzo per davvero.
E poi chi è davvero importante non minaccia le dimissioni rumorosamente, ma in silenzio, con una mezza parola sussurrata, e in generale un rumore inversamente proporzionale all'effetto che la sua scomparsa avrà sul lavoro
