In un messaggio inviato tramite Slack, un manager ha sollecitato i volontari per lavorare da martedì a venerdì, in turni di due ore aggiuntive, per aiutare a preparare e consegnare gli ordini. I dipendenti sarebbero stati coinvolti in attività come la raccolta di articoli e la preparazione di sacchetti di generi alimentari.
