For example, I believe that both Ukrainians and our allies simply think that the airport in Rzeszów and our motorways belong to them, as if they were theirs. But they are not theirs, they are ours. So if someone doesn’t like something, we close it down and say goodbye. Yes, we’re renovating. We’re closing the airport in Rzeszów, and you can deliver supplies to Ukraine by sea, by air, I don’t know, drop them by parachute. Work it out if you think we’re not needed. Especially the fact that we weren’t invited to very important international meetings in the meantime, where decisions were made about delivering aid through our territory.
Then he says that his point is not about blocking support for Ukraine, implying that it’s not really Ukraine’s fault, but getting Poland’s relations with countries like Germany and the US who never miss opportunity to play hard, but often forget about their obligations.

Szeligowski is one of the top analysts of Polish think tank PISM, he advised and took part in many negotiations between Ukraine and Poland. In public, he’s probably the person most actively explaining each side’s positions to the other - he speaks in Polish media about Ukraine, in Ukrainian media about Poland.

Adamski is also an excellent expert, also originally from PISM, now in another think tank - Mieroszewski Center.
