George Bush Jr could easily live another twenty years. The Afghanistan situation *is* an active case at the ICC [1].
It's also possible that the increased attention to the ICC due to the Putin warrant could lead to grassroots/international pressure for the US to ratify the Rome Statute.
And then the Iraq case, as Iraq/US, could be opened (Iraq/UK is closed [2]).

Anche la CCP applica regole diverse per gli amici. Basti ricordare che per i suoi statuti la corte non ha giurisdizione su quanto avviene in Ucraina (né l'Ucraina né la Russia sono firmatari del trattato che la istituisce e non mi risulta ci sia stata una risoluzione del Consiglio di Sicurezza ONU che le ordini di intervenire)
