Finland (or mostly #Helsinki) does this indirectly, by preserving public ownership of land even when it's built. People who buy homes in areas of the city which get more valuable thanks to public infrastructure, including public transport, eventually have to pay higher rent (or property taxes) for the land their building uses.

purtroppo non mi sorprende per nulla. Il contesto sociale in cui un individuo cresce lo condiziona in tutto, compreso il fattore studio. Ho tanti amici che hanno scelto di non proseguire gli studi seguendo l'esempio dei genitori e, diciamocelo, ad oggi è anche comprensibile. @Martin Wüthrich I sync the calendars & address books of my desktop computer and smartphone with a local Nextcloud instance. The latter already automatically creates a subscribeable calendar from the birthdays of existing contacts, but the calendar programmes themselves (aCalendar on the smartphone, KOrganizer on the desktop) also offer to display the birthdays from the device's address book in the calendar.
This could therefore be solved on both the server and client side.

I don't know why you're so negative on this. Most people in the workplace drink alcohol. Some do it at lunchtime and during the working day, others just in evenings. It's an inevitable part of the world of work. If you're not day drinking, you're going to be left behind.
The job of schooling is to prepare people for this world, so you really should serve beer in the classroom. Now, I know you're going to say that excess alcohol consumption is linked to cognitive decline, but that's just the cost you have to accept for staying on top of the latest workforce trends. People straight out of school are going to be starting at companies where day drinking is just an accepted part of productive work and if they haven't already built a high alcohol tolerance then they're going to be left behind.
Face it, day drinking is inevitable.
