Da quello che ho capito i protagonisti di queste storie erano studenti così bravi da aver accumulato già tutti i "punti" necessari alla promozione per cui sarebbero stati promossi anche se all'orale avessero detto così tante sciocchezze da prendere uno zero tondo tondo.
E allora, va bene che si bocci chi rifiuta di fare l'esame e prendendo uno zero all'orale non avrebbe i requisiti per la promozione, in tutti gli altri casi perché bocciarli? Sarebbe solo una punizione per una disobbedienza non violenta che alla fine danneggia solo loro.
Attenzione perché così ci si avvicina pericolosamente al principio valditariano sulla valenza pedagogica dell'umiliazione.
