Poor little João (500ml), lost next to a 750, even a small-ish one. Named after the owners' new son (then), it was (this vintage) Cab Sauv, Aragonez & 20% Syrah. João may be little but he is fierce! There are some mature nuances, but the wine is lively, nuanced and tasty with the Syrah showing loudly. Persistent and focused, drinks great. Drink it in the next few years for safety, but this is a fine performance for just the 2d vintage at age 20. 15%,newer years at around $70

Just some idiots protesting against #NATO in #Hague #Netherlands - but **membership in the alliance is the only reason why #Russia had not yet staged in its neighbouring countries like #Poland #Lithuania #Latvia Estonia the kind of hybrid warfare like the one they did in #Ukraine in 2014.

Regardless of what Russia says, they do respect NATO and as an aggressive, imperialist country, the alliance prevents new war in Eastern Europe not encourage it.

As a reminder, when Russia invaded Ukraine in 2014 it was not the member of NATO and it had neutrality enshrined in its constitution. It was out of NATO status that encouraged Russian aggression, not NATO membership.
