was fehlt, habe ich schon unter @ueckueck@dresden.network ihrem post geschrieben.
Die eine App, die die Jugend anspricht. Und der passende native Inhalt ihrer "Idole"
hier ist es:
Och, da gibt es sicher eine ganze Reihe von möglichen Gründen, warum "die Jugend" nicht hier ist.Ob meine Vermutungen stimmen oder nicht, man hintenan gestellt.
- fehlende süchtigmachende Algorithmen, die einem immer mehr und immer mehr in die "Timeline" schieben
- viel Text
- ihr "Idole" sind nicht hier
- andere Nutzungsgewohnheiten eben durch die Dressur in den Konzernnetzwerken
- eien fehlende "Hippe" App, die Trend bei denen werden würde - befeuert durch eins ihrer IdoleWas ich weniger sehe als Gründe:
- Erklär oder Meckerbären - das blenden die einfach aus oder muten die
- Oberflächen der App - sehe ich auch nicht, die meisten wollen keinen Text, die wollen eher was wie Loops oder Vidzy
- Kaffeeklatschmentalität eines Forums - das würden die gar nicht sehen, weil sie solchen Konten gar nicht folgen würden. Eben anders NutzungsverhaltenUnd dann gibt es noch jede Menge Grau dazwischen
Denen und auch meiner einen Tochter, fehlen hier die passenden "Inhalte" ihrer Generation. Und daran sind nicht wir "Schuld" oder das ist auch kein Problem des Fediverse an sich oder doch.
Denn würde sich das Fediverse genau so zur "kapitalistischen Ausbeutung" eignen, wären diese Konten schon längst hier 😉(bischen übertrieben aber ich denke auch an deiem Punkt hängt ein Stück wahrer Kern)

And, of course, its just one more aspect of the privatisation of the water industry that is having a detrimental impact on our lives.

I've been using #OrganicMaps on #Android as replacement for Google Maps.
So far so good.
The only complaints are that I sometimes need traffic because I live in a traffic hell and the map data often does not include a business, in particular, that I'm heading to...
So I made an account at #OpenStreetMaps and started adding the missing businesses I find.
It is a stupid easy way for you to contribute to an open project. You should try it. Help round out the data where you live!

👆 BTW nothing stops you from having organicmaps and Google Maps installed at the same time.
My approach has been to attempt to use organicmaps whenever I can so that I become comfortable with it which didn't take long... And use Google Maps when something was critically important or I needed traffic.
Over time I have gotten pretty comfortable with organic maps.

Prima riflessione: alzi la mano chi ha meno di 5GB di dati. Superata la soglia il Cloud è a pago.
Altro che gratuito. I tuoi dati in cambio della sicurezza.
Tristemente, alcuni blog e siti tech presentano questa operazione come un vantaggio per l’utente.
Ma c’è poco da festeggiare: è l’ennesima stretta su privacy e libertà digitali.
Si svendono dati personali in cambio di un aggiornamento. Ripeto: che tristezza !!

So tomorrow's deadline for Trump's tariffs have been extended by just over three weeks to 1st August, adding some ammunition to the TACO (Trump always chickens out) meme, while opening the door for more 'negotiations' with some states.
However, a range of states have been sent letter detailing the rates the blanket tariffs that will be charged on their imports to the US from 1st August.
But whether these will actually be imposed remains unclear; will they be 'paused' again?
