Finished Skies of Arcadia on Gamecube again yesterday, for first time in like 23 years...
Aged surprisingly well, despite slow animations in ship combat, weird translations and the endgame being a bit on the easy side (one attack murders all bosses, so all you do is turtle up and use that attack over and over)...
Still remains one of my favorites, and one game I'd really hope gets a remaster some day.
Funny thing is, I remember originally playing this just as I started reading One Piece for the first time, so everything about it really reminds me of early Alabasta-arc One Piece.

Non riceve aggiornamenti decenti al codice dal lontano 2014! Se andiamo a vedere i cambiamenti l'unica cosa che viene fatta a livello di codice è riscrivere le variabili meglio, cambiare i tab, cambiare un poco le formulazioni delle frasi, nessuno sviluppo serio!
Tanto che libreoffice nel 2020 fece una lettera proprio a riguardo!

Mañana, desde Barcelona, parte la Flotilla Global Sumud rumbo a Gaza. Más de 20 barcos, a los que se sumarán personas y naves de todo el mundo, intentando algo inmenso: abrir un corredor de ayuda humanitaria sin ejércitos, sin gobiernos, solo con la fuerza de la gente.
Piden apoyo: que rompamos los cercos informativos, que estemos en las calles, que sumemos manos, voces, cuidados y donaciones.
Yo este mes, aunque ande pelada por todo lo invertido en TuiterRocks, dedicaré los aportes de esta instancia a esta gente, porque lo que les puede caer encima es brutal. Y porque merecen que no los dejemos solos.

Ghost è una piattaforma molto accattivante e al momento federata solo se la si installa sotto Docker. Mi piacerebbe adottarla per il mio sito web, ma poi non vorrei che finisse come MovableType, software inizialmente opensource e GNU, poi diventato software proprietario e a pagamento.
